Spitfire Bristol roundtableSpitfire’s Partner Service is aimed at enhancing the products and services offered by IT companies, consultants and other organisations that want to offer customers an better integrated service than those offered by the “large impersonal telecoms providers”. It offers its channel training, technical support and assistance and the ability to generate new revenue from voice and data connectivity related services from their clients.

Goddard commented, “It was good to gather so many channel partners around the table and get their take on the latest developments in telephony and network services. These are the guys operating in the real world meeting the needs of a diverse range of customers that all have their own unique requirements for network services. Only by understanding those needs can we provide our partners with the right solutions. We look forward to more partner meetings in 2014.”
