Arrow will sell VCE converged systems in the UK for the first time

Arrow Electronics is offering converged VCE Technology Solutions technology in nine additional countries in Europe, including in the UK for the first time.

The expansion of the distribution agreement covers Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Sweden and the UK.

ArrowVCE is the Converged Platforms Division of EMC, which will soon be taken over Dell.

VCE accelerates the adoption of converged infrastructure and cloud-based computing models that are designed to reduce IT costs.

“Investments in converged and hyper-converged infrastructure solutions form the basis for the use of cloud-based business processes and consumption-models,” said Eric Nowak, president of Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions EMEA.

“Arrow is a leading distributor for EMC and VCE solutions globally. With the expansion to an additional nine European countries we are upgrading our range of secure convergent and hyper-convergent solutions, which are simple to implement and manage.”
