NetMediaEurope publishes in the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain, and was founded in July 2007 as a result of an MBO by senior VNU managers. In 2010-11, the company saw revenue growth of over 30 percent. And, during 2012 it plans to make further acquisitions across its relevant markets.

Dominique Busso added: “This is an exciting phase for the business, and we look forward to developing the brands, as well as serving our global client base and community of tech professionals moving forward.”
