ReponseTek appoints Mark Hill as MD for UK and EMEA

ResponseTek said Mark Hill will become the new Managing Director of UK & EMEA.

The customer experience management (CEM) software services company has said that the new appointment will aim to support its growth and strategy.

Mr Hill was previously Account Director and SME on Customer Experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has worked with clients such as HSBC, Orange, SKY, MTel, France Telecoms, RBS, Jaguar Land Rover, Nestle, Calvin Klein, Heineken, to public sector bodies such as the DWP, Defra.

Prior to his role at PwC, Mr Hill specialised in revenue growth customer strategies at IBM, and KPMG.

Taking on the new role at ResponseTek his role will be to manage and accelerate the company’s presence and expansion across the EMEA and UK region.

Syed Hasan, President and CEO of ResponseTek, said Mark had  a proven record of helping guide companies through complex customer experience initiatives from strategy development through to execution.

“These combinations of strategic leadership coupled with operational know-how makes a great addition to our team,” he said.
