Becrypt signs new reseller agreement with MISTDLP

Cyber security and data loss prevention specialist MISTDLP is to resell Becrypt’s Enterprise cyber security product line.

Under the agreement, MISTDLP will get access to Becrypt’s range of data encryption productions for desktop and mobile PCs, media encryption tools for protecting data in transit, end-point protection and authentication services, and remote access services.

The agreement will see UK supplier Becrypt expand its reach into overseas markets, growing its business which has provided security to a number of public sector organisations such as the Ministry of Defence and the UK Police force.

Chris Forgan, Business Development Director at MISTDLP, which bases its operations in the Middle East and in the UK, said that a the company had noted a “marked increase” in the number of cyber attacks on major corporations and government departments during recent years, and would help business fend off further attack.

“Organisations have been attacked at various levels with zero day, social engineering and using standard hacking techniques such as SQL injection.  By extending the MISTDLP portfolio to include the full range of Becrypt Enterprise security solutions, we are able to help our customers mitigate risk across a wider range of threats.”

Bernard Parsons, CEO of Becrypt commented that with cyber attacks on the increase, MISTDLP would enable greater protection for their data.

“After successful deployments of our Trusted Client secure remote working solution, I am delighted that MISTDLP is now to resell all of Becrypt’s Enterprise products,” Parsons said.

“Serious cyber attacks around the world are on the increase and it is paramount that organisations in both the public and commercial sectors take a strategic approach to the protection of their systems and data.”

“Security conscious organisations are demanding end to end cyber security solutions that are easy to deploy, manage and use, that are robust enough to mitigate the risk of cyber attacks.”
