Entatech snaps up Securix surveillance gear

Entatech has signed a deal to distribute digital video surveillance technology from Securix, aimed at providing security to home users and small businesses.

Entatech will now be making Securix’s range of all-in-one surveillance kits available to its resellers.   These include 10.1 inch LED displays with 1024 x 600 pixel resolution.  The systems use H.264 video compression, real-time recording and playback, and advanced motion detection.  Storage ranges from 500 GB to 1 TB.

The security monitoring systems also enable remote access from smartphones, allowing customers to keep tabs on their home or business at any location.

Entatech channel manager, Dean Langford, said that the deal with Securix will help extend the services its resellers can offer.

“The addition of Securix enhances Entatech’s growing security and surveillance portfolio and provides its resellers and retailer customers with more choice”, said Langford. “Video surveillance is a fast-growing market and Securix is a highly revered name in the sector, so we are delighted to have signed this agreement.”

He added: “It means we can offer an even wider choice of high-grade surveillance solutions to our customers and give them even more potential to win new business and grow their security solutions sales.”

Brian Song, director at Securix, said that partnership with Entatech would help raise awareness of its surveillance portfolio.

“The Entatech distribution network is well managed and extensive which will allow us to reach the UK market,” he said.   “We are looking forward to working with Entatech to get closer to the market and to better promote the benefits of Securix brand.
