Exclusive Brings Its Own Device Management Sell-ThroughToolkit

Exclusive Networks Group has announced that it is prepared to “tool up” resellers to help customers come to terms with the consumerisation of IT issues.

Whatever the “Bring your Own” challenge may be, Exclusive claims to have the solution within its overarching Mobile Enterprise Eco-System. The company said its aim is to assist its chain in helping IT departments embrace the smart device and apps trend.

Go to market package

The employee-owned hardware and software transition is in full swing and threatens to grow massively over the next few years. Even companies that resist the trend and ban the use of these devices could find themselves forced to move in the end. New employees will arrive who have become so used to using their own choice of tools that they are severely handicapped by a less permissive IT ecosystem.

Research company MarketsandMarkets estimates that worldwide enterprise mobility market will triple in five years, from $67.21 billion in 2012 to £181.39 billion.

Exclusive said the Mobile Enterprise Eco-System can offer resellers education and practical answers to help them take advantage of the market opportunities. It does this by gathering together and integrating technologies and vendors which it considers to offer best-of-breed capabilities to open up the professional/managed services opportunities

Barrie Desmond, director of marketing and global accounts at Exclusive, said, “Enterprise Mobility is at the very top of most enterprise agendas today and is presenting IT departments with a huge headache. We want to tool up resellers with end-to-end solutions that give IT teams the visibility, control, management, and compliance of devices, apps and access methods to assure the mobile experience in a secure environment.

“Enabling IT departments to embrace this cultural change and harness the proclaimed benefits it delivers is a massive opportunity for resellers,” he continued.

Exclusive hopes that the integration of technologies from the likes of Aerohive Networks, Aruba Networks, Exinda, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, MobileIron, and LogRhythm will offer an end-to-end enterprise mobility suite that will embrace device and app management and control; device and information security; and network access and performance optimisation.
