Brother expands high-speed mono printing range

Brother has added two new models to its range of high speed mono printers, enabling resellers to target organisations that need fast print at an “accessible” price point, said Brother.

The new machines give businesses an opportunity to experience ultra-fast print speeds of up to 100ppm. They offer a monthly print volume of up to 20,000 pages and a competitive cost per page of 0.05p, Brother said.

The additional models join Brother’s updated HL-S7000DN which now features a new paper tray to help healthcare professionals who print lots of different documents.

Stuart Mabe, product manager at Brother UK, said: “This range includes the fastest mono printers in the market and gives resellers a great proposition for businesses that need high-volume batch printing.”

He said: “We’re seeing demand from the education, legal, finance and insurance sectors, as well as the healthcare industry, where they’ve been really popular to date.

We’ve now developed a special paper tray for our healthcare model so that users don’t need to change trays when they want to switch between prescription and headed paper printing. With the original model selling so well in the first 12 months, we’re expecting this to be a really strong offering for resellers this year.”
