RealVNC launches new channel partner programme

RealVNC, the developer and provider of VNC remote access and control software, has launched a new channel partner programme which includes incentives, training and marketing assistance for partners.

The programme is designed to provide resellers and distributors with all of the tools needed to offer advice and information on VNC remote access software and help to achieve sales growth, said the supplier.

In-depth training will be available to all partners alongside marketing resources, case studies and licenses to help them get to know the VNC family of products and how they can be implemented.

RealVNC’s vice president of strategic alliances Adam Greenwood Byrne (pictured) said: “The continued growth of our company is dependent on our partners in the channel and we want to reward those that are striving to sell our products.

As IT is such a busy industry, we are determined to provide our channel partners with as much assistance as possible to help them sell one of the most utilised software applications of all time.”

As part of the programme, RealVNC will offer certification levels, each with different benefits based on a partner’s commitment. For example, Gold level can be achieved by registering with RealVNC, completing training and meeting pre-determined targets.

Reaching the top level has a number of benefits. Gold partners will have a premium listing on RealVNC’s website, higher discount levels, and receive help to reach customers through access to marketing funding.

In addition, registered, Silver and Gold users will receive licences to VNC products in order to familiarise themselves with them, as well as sales resources to help make the most of their training from RealVNC.

Byrne said: “We’ve been selling VNC through the channel for years and now want to provide even more help for our channel partners growing their VNC sales. In return, we’ll provide them with expertise, tiered margins, incentives and marketing assistance.”
