Posiflex expands UK POS distribution network

Posiflex Technology has appointed ForPOS as a new UK distributor, to accompany existing distribution partner DED in the point of sale market.

Posiflex says the newly reinforced distribution network will enable it to extend its coverage and strengthen representation throughout the region as demand for innovative POS solutions continues to grow.

Posiflex has well-established distribution channels around the globe and delivers high quality products to the markets through distributors,” said Owen Chen, CEO of Posiflex Technology. “Distributors with in-depth knowledge of local markets and effective service capabilities are essential to add value to customers.

Joining forces with ForPOS, which has over 30 years of experience in the POS market, creates significant sales opportunities for Posiflex and enables us to better serve the channel market through improved logistics and fulfilment services.”

Roger Foran, managing director of ForPOS, said: “Teaming with Posiflex, a strong brand in the point-of-sale industry, allows us to introduce world-class and innovative products across multiple channels, and also supply proven, reliable POS hardware delivering the flexibility and scalability our partners need.

It continues our culture of offering the right value-added solutions to meet our customers’ business requirements.”

Posiflex POS terminals and peripherals are manufactured in two facilities in Taiwan. It has offices in the US, Germany, China, India, Malaysia, Dubai and Argentina. ForPOS service and technical support is carried out at its distribution facility in Oxford.
