TelcoSwitch signs up KSD Communications as new reseller

KSD Communications has become the latest telecoms firm to sign up as a TelcoSwitch reseller. TelcoSwitch is a wholesale telecoms platform provider offering its CallSwitch, SimSwitch, NetSwitch and SipSwitch products.

The TelcoSwitch service is delivered exclusively through a dedicated partner programme. The company entered the UK market last year, focusing on open standards in hosted telephony to deliver unified communications.

TelcoSwitch’s services and product suite are delivered exclusively through a dedicated partner programme.

According to analyst IDC, the UC market is expected to reach $38 billion in 2016. And consulting firm PwC predicts a 100 per cent penetration of UC technology in companies by 2020.

Russell Lux, CEO of TelcoSwitch, said: “We offer a range of partner packages to suit all types of resellers, whether they require a ‘fully managed’ service or they have their own resources to implement our platform to their customers.

KSD Communications has one of the most comprehensive product portfolios on the market today, offering its clients unique solutions that are individually customised to meet the specific demands of their businesses, so it is an important addition to our rapidly expanding network of resellers across the UK.”

David Boyd, KSD Communications, said: “We pride ourselves in finding the best solution tailored to our clients’ businesses and that is what makes the TelcoSwitch proposition so interesting for us. Not only are we now able to offer high quality cloud-based telephony, we are able to do so under a business model that will increase our revenue and our margin.”
