Quiss gives IT boost to legal firm Darlingtons

Managed IT services specialist Quiss Technology has been appointed to provide a range of support services to Darlingtons Solicitors.

The growing North London based law firm specialises in property and personal legal services, with 48 users across the firm’s offices in Edgware and central London.

Operations director at Quiss Technology, Clive Taylor, said: “Our Qworks solution covers every user, for every eventuality. It incorporates everything an organisation might need from an operational and strategic perspective. It is a fixed term, fixed cost partnership, based on the number of users within the business and delivers total peace of mind.”

Quiss has supplied a new network infrastructure with new hardware, backed by help-desk support. “Qworks delivers significant improvements for Darlingtons, including proactive server management, which ensures we resolve faults before they become an issue for the business,” said Taylor.

A full disaster recovery solution instils confidence, as does our on-site IT training to help users get the most out of every application.”

Darlingtons managing partner, James Swede, said: “Quiss’ experience of the legal sector and knowledge of the software we rely on to run various aspects of our business proved a compelling pitch.

Our users now have a single point of contact for most IT issues, without having to resort to the original vendor for help, which can save a lot of time. The fixed term, fixed cost per user makes budgeting for growth simple.”

Last month, Quiss Technology was selected to provide a business continuity solution for National Windscreens, the vehicle glass repair and replacement specialist.
