Webroot adds CMS to global security distribution roster

Webroot has added CMS Distribution in the UK and Ireland to its global network of distributors.

Webroot SecureAnywhere business endpoint protection will offer CMS customers the benefits of effective behaviour-based protection against malicious malware with “low system performance impact”, said Webroot.

Webroot’s cloud-based solution is purpose-built for multi-tenant deployments, allowing service providers to quickly deploy and protect any number of endpoints and easily manage them through a management console.

By blocking malware and automatically rolling back negative impacts, Webroot allows service providers to “dramatically reduce the costs of support and re-imaging of hardware”.

“We’re delighted that Webroot’s innovative cybersecurity offerings continue to resonate with managed service providers and resellers, and we look forward to working with CMS Distribution,” said Adam Nash, EMEA sales manager at Webroot.

“CMS Distribution has a particularly wide network of reseller and MSP partners which will bring Webroot’s benefits to a large number of new organisations. Furthermore, the partnership enables Webroot to continue expansion through CMS Distribution’s dedicated team of sales professionals in the UK and Ireland.”

“We look forward to working with Webroot and delivering their cloud-based threat intelligence and Smarter Cybersecurity solutions to our network”, said Justin Griffiths, director enterprise solutions at CMS Distribution.

“Webroot is both highly effective and incredibly easy to manage, which creates a compelling proposition for UK resellers and MSPs looking to provide excellent customer service and protection.”
