ActivTrak, a workforce analytics and productivity platform provider, today announced the appointments of two executives to support the company’s rapid growth as organizations around the world adopt hybrid work models. Ramon Chen joins as the company’s Chief Product Officer and Johnny Vincent joins as Chief Financial Officer.
As Chief Product Officer, Chen will oversee ActivTrak’s product strategy and work closely with the company’s marketing, sales and product teams to drive continued growth and market leadership. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in product marketing and management to ActivTrak with expertise in data management, analytics and machine learning. Prior to joining ActivTrak, he served as Chief Product Officer for Reltio, a data management disruptor and held senior leadership positions at Veeva Systems, RainStor, Siperian and GoldenGate Software.
As Chief Financial Officer, Johnny Vincent will be responsible for overseeing ActivTrak’s financial operations. He brings more than 30 years of senior management and executive leadership experience to the company, having served as Chief Financial Officer for HighRadius, Evolve Data Center Solutions and Alert Logic.
