BAE Systems Inc. has been awarded a $300 million contract to provide enterprise and mission-critical information technology (IT) support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This award, for FEMA Operations and Maintenance (O&M), consolidates six legacy contracts into one, and represents a significant expansion in the company’s work for FEMA. This contract includes IT infrastructure modernization, system sustainment, and telecommunications, network, and help desk services.
