Bluedrop Announces Results of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

Bluedrop Performance Learning (“Bluedrop” or the “Corporation“) (TSX-V: BPLI) is pleased to announce that the shareholders have voted in favour of all items brought before them at the Corporation’s annual and special meeting of shareholders held in Halifax, Nova Scotia on March 10, 2020 (the “Meeting“).

At the Meeting, the shareholders re-elected Emad Rizkalla, Derrick Rowe, Andrew Youngman, Paul Sparkes and Tom Astle as directors of Bluedrop to hold office until their successors are duly elected or appointed. In addition, the shareholders approved the reappointment of KPMG LLP as auditor of Bluedrop until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until a successor is appointed and authorized the directors of Bluedrop to fix the auditor’s remuneration.

At the Meeting, the shareholders also approved by way of an amendment to the articles of the Corporation a change in the name of the Corporation from Bluedrop Performance Learning Inc. to BPLI Holdings Inc.

The Board of Directors has re-appointed Mr. Derrick Rowe as Executive Chairman of the Board and confirmed the continuation of Mr. Emad Rizkalla as President and Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Brad Driscoll as Chief Financial Officer.
