Bohdan Myroniw Appointed as Amadis’ Chief Strategic Officer

Amadis, the developer of EMV card processing software and payment acceptance solutions, today announced that Bohdan Myroniw has joined as the company’s chief strategic officer. He will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and building strong partnerships, leveraging the unique AGNOS (EMV level 2 stack) and ARKOS (payment acceptance solution) product lines as a true industry differentiator.

Prior to joining Amadis, Mr. Myroniw worked at Equinox, most recently serving as vice president of Strategic Alliances and previously in Verifone’s AJB division for more than a decade, serving as director of Business Development. He successfully contributed to the global reach of these companies in the retail and financial services sectors.

Mr. Myroniw began his career as a systems project manager, later ran his own IT consulting firm and held multiple senior posts at Fujitsu Consulting. He is a native of Canada and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, The University of Western Ontario.
