CloudBees, Inc., the organizing sponsor of DevOps World, today announced keynote speakers for the 2020 DevOps World conference. The conference is taking place online September 22-24, 2020 and is free of charge this year. The keynote speakers will cover a myriad of topics, such as how to encourage young women to enter the STEM disciplines, cloud native application development, the future of software delivery and the remote workforce, open source communities and the state of Software Delivery Management in 2020.

This year, DevOps World will bring together 15,000 attendees across the DevOps industry to learn, network and discuss best practices for software delivery as well as the future of DevOps. Speakers from industries such as consumer goods, healthcare, financial services, retail, transportation and logistics will deliver over 125 sessions. Sessions this year are spread across six different tracks, including several practitioner tracks as well as tracks for the Jenkins community and the Continuous Delivery Foundation. Brand new this year is a track dedicated to IT leadership topics.

“Technology has been an important part of my life from a very early age,” said Dr. Anne-Marie Imafidon, CEO of Stemettes. “Technology is also one of the reasons why we now have fewer barriers than ever before as far as accessibility of information is concerned – and why we are able to do things that we couldn’t imagine doing 20 years ago, like attending a virtual conference and connecting with the wider tech community from the comfort of our homes. But there are still some barriers to overcome in the IT industry, especially in terms of diversity. The main goal of Stemettes is to help effect change and I look forward to learning how other companies and individuals have been creating and implementing cultural changes in this industry.”
