Consilio, a global leader in eDiscovery, document review, risk management, and legal consulting services, today announced two senior-level appointments that will reinforce and enhance the company’s commitment to excellence in employee and client experience. Brandyn Payne, Ph.D., will join the company as Chief Employee Experience Officer, effective immediately. Consilio has also appointed Michael Pontrelli to lead the newly formed Global Strategic Client Experience Group.

“When we focus on the employee experience, we deliver a better client experience,” said Andy Macdonald, CEO of Consilio. “It is our firm belief that the overall employee experience is tightly linked to our ability to provide world-class service and solutions for our clients. I’m thrilled to welcome Brandyn to Consilio and work with Michael in this role, as we continue to build a work environment for our colleagues to thrive and best serve clients.”

Brandyn Payne to Lead Employee Experience

In her role, Brandyn will report directly to Macdonald and join the Consilio Executive Management team. She will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining initiatives across the company that lead to an exceptional employee experience. She will oversee all talent and culture activities, spanning recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development.

Dr. Payne has an extensive background in human capital strategy, including work in the healthcare, telecommunications, government, hospitality, education, and non-profit sectors. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer of HCTec, a leading healthcare technology services and staffing firm headquartered in greater Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to this role, Brandyn served as Vice President of Global Talent for Sitel Worldwide, a leading business process outsourcer with 72,000 employees working across 24 countries. She received her Ph.D. in Organizational Policy from Vanderbilt University and her M.S.Ed. degree in Instructional Systems Design and Evaluation from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.

“Consilio has a track record for having a strong culture where employees feel valued, trusted, and empowered to best serve their clients,” said Payne. “I look forward to building on this impressive culture and ensuring our Consilio team has the resources and abilities they need to provide industry-leading partnerships to our clients worldwide.”

Michael Pontrelli to Lead Global Strategic Client Experience

As part of the firm’s growth strategy, Consilio focused heavily on customer experience through its Strategic Client Solutions and Client Experience functions.

In his role, Michael will oversee the newly formed Strategic Client Experience Group, which will bring together both functions to be more integrated and further bolster the client experience.

“By bringing together the great work of both the solutions and client experience teams, Consilio is reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional value to our clients,” said Pontrelli. “This unified approach allows us to better serve our clients as long-term partners and continue to lead the market in how we support customers and help move their businesses forward.”
