CSI Declares $1.00 Per Share Cash Special Dividend

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI) announced that its Board of Directors approved a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share. The dividend is payable on December 30, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 22, 2020.

Powless. “We expect that our remaining cash reserves combined with our strong cash flow from operations will allow CSI to continue to invest in our technology, infrastructure and people to support our long-term growth strategy. CSI also has no debt and substantial borrowing capacity making us well-positioned to take advantage of acquisition opportunities as they arise.”
