Concierge Travel Metrics, Inc. (“CTMI”), the new
next-generation business travel research firm, announced today a
corporate trip planning application that focuses on deep location safety
analysis of algorithmic-rated destination facilities and activities. The
metric data is presented as a dashboard report that enables easy, rapid
comparison of the relative safety of each city district, and the
value-rated hotels, restaurants and local activities within each
district.

CTMI also announced the release of the initial destination, San
Francisco, in their BUSINESS CONCIERGE travel-planning application
designed specifically for business travelers. A free preview of the San
Francisco dashboard reports and website is available through June 30 at www.conciergetm.com,
and includes an offer to join Club Critique, CTMI’s new quality review
program for business executive feedback on their destination
experiences. New destinations starting with Los Angeles and San Diego
will be added on a monthly schedule, and will include the 30 most active
U.S. business destinations.

“We know that business travelers, particularly women who now make up 49%
of all corporate travel, want to stay in a specific city location that
is convenient to high-quality, accurately rated hotels, restaurants and
shopping, but their primary concern is always safety,” said William
Benjamin, CEO of CTMI. “We use a combination of police reported criminal
activity, plus our new algorithmic CONSENSUS value-rating program to
establish and report these location safety metrics and follow-on
accommodation recommendations.”

More than 60 metric analysis reports are generated for each destination.
