CyberGRX, provider of the world’s first and largest global cyber risk exchange, today announced that they are number 97 on Inc. Magazine’s annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment — its independent and small businesses. This inclusion in Inc.’s annual list puts CyberGRX in the top 2% of all companies and cements its position as the second fastest growing company in Colorado.

“We are excited to be a part of this year’s Inc. 5000 list. Since our inception we have worked to raise awareness of third-party cyber risk management and to educate organizations on why they need to modernize their approach. As recent incidents have shown, third-party breaches and supply chain attacks are targeting all organizations, regardless of geography, size, or industry and we have focused our efforts on building and continually developing a community of innovative risk practitioners,” said Fred Kneip, CEO of CyberGRX. “We are eager to continue working with organizations across the globe to fulfill our mission of fostering a collaborative environment to combat today’s sophisticated cyber threats.”

Security incidents within organizations such as SolarWinds, Accellion, CodeCov, and Kaseya have demonstrated the domino effect that occurs when threat actors compromise a third-party vendor or supplier. As organizations’ third-party ecosystems continue to expand, so do their attack surfaces. CyberGRX’s Exchange platform has advanced the third-party cyber risk management (TPCRM) space through their one-to-many model that allows organizations to identify which third parties pose the highest cyber risk, and help those vendors focus their resources on critical areas of remediation. CyberGRX surpassed 100,000 companies within their risk exchange platform and increased their risk assessment library by approximately 6,000% in three years. This growth emphasizes the company’s ability to support thousands of organizations to gain visibility into their overall level of risk, identify vulnerabilities, and create remediation strategies to mitigate security incidents.

“The 2021 Inc. 5000 list feels like one of the most important rosters of companies ever compiled,” says Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Building one of the fastest-growing companies in America in any year is a remarkable achievement. Building one in the crisis we’ve lived through is just plain amazing. This kind of accomplishment comes with hard work, smart pivots, great leadership, and the help of a whole lot of people.”

This recognition comes on the heels of CyberGRX’s CEO, Fred Kneip, being named an Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2021 Mountain Desert Region Award winner. These accomplishments demonstrate CyberGRX’s commitment to driving innovation and company growth to enhance capabilities for customers and partners. Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can be found at www.inc.com/inc5000. The top 500 companies are featured in the September issue of Inc., which will be available on newsstands on August 20.
