Casey joins Drips after senior roles at several high-growth organizations. She was most recently Director of Operations at SmartAction, a conversational AI virtual agent platform serving over 100 brands. Prior to that, Casey was a Senior Program Manager at Eze Software, a financial technology company that provides a cloud-native platform for investment managers looking to streamline trading operations.
