EarthTronics, dedicated to developing innovative energy-saving lighting products that provide a positive economic and environmental impact, appointed Leroy Herring, Jr., as its Business Development Manager. He will be responsible for developing energy segment business, working with key independent sales representatives, and lighting and electrical distribution.
Herring has extensive business and sales development experience in the lighting industry. In his previous position as the Midwest Regional Sales Manager for EarthTronics, Herring was responsible for directing commercial sales through manufacturers rep agencies, electrical distribution, lighting showrooms, and national accounts. His new position allows for continuity with his current energy market focus, as well as being instrumental in opening up new areas for EarthTronics’ energy saving LED product line.
In his managerial roles prior to joining EarthTronics, Herring collaborated with agents, distributors, specifiers, contractors and commercial customers and managed tremendous sales growth and market penetration across 13 states. In addition, he coordinated education programs, which enhanced customer satisfaction and increased sales for a multinational lighting company.
