Ergotron Welcomes Phil Kelaart as Executive Vice President, Global Supply Chain Operations

Kelaart brings three decades of experience in operations and supply chain management to this new position at Ergotron.

In his role, Kelaart will manage all aspects of Ergotron’s global supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, facilities, quality and continuous improvement, as well as environmental health and safety.

Kelaart spent almost 30 years at Emerson, holding roles in increasing responsibility in operations, supply chain, engineering and general management. He was involved in international acquisition integrations, joint ventures, plant startups, new product introductions, and global supply chain operations. Kelaart led the development of several process innovations, including the creation of Emerson’s center of excellence for additive manufacturing and instituting the company’s perfect execution business strategy.

Throughout his career, Kelaart has established a track record of developing organizations and improving operational performance to deliver consistent financial results. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
