ETQ,
the leading provider of quality management solutions, today
announced that it has been named a Leader by independent analyst firm Verdantix
in the 2019 Verdantix EHS
Software Green Quadrant.
ETQ received the highest quality management
score of the 23 vendors evaluated in the report, and the second-highest
score for management of change functionality. It was also recognized for
its market-leading capabilities in master data and document management,
and for its audit management, compliance obligations and task management
solutions.

This is Verdantix’s fifth detailed comparison of the most prominent EHS
software vendors worldwide, and marks ETQ’s second consecutive time in
the Leader quadrant. The report underscores ETQ’s strengths in providing
customers with a quick-to-implement, scalable and integrated quality
data management and EHS solution. Verdantix also lauded ETQ’s platform, ETQ
Reliance
, for its extensive capabilities that make it easy for users
to track document lifecycles, manage inspections and supplier ratings,
create compliance initiatives, review customer feedback and schedule
audits.

“As companies progress on their quality journeys, more are integrating
EHS data, processes and workflows into their quality management
systems,” said Robert Gremley, CEO of ETQ. “We think this approach
delivers a tremendous amount of value to companies that want an
integrated solution for continuous improvement, and the Verdantix Green
Quadrant report is strong validation of that perspective.”

Yoawen Ma, senior analyst, EHS, Verdantix, added, “EHS executives who
work closely with their quality management counterparts should explore
ETQ, particularly for its expertise in quality management and strong EHS
data management functionalities. The company has invested heavily in its
data management capabilities in the past year and a half, and the value
of its platform is augmented by helpful services such as ETQ Academy,
which offers microlearning, eLearning and certificate-based training
solutions.”

Based on the proprietary Verdantix Green Quadrant methodology, this
analysis was conducted via three-hour live product demonstrations with
pre-set scenarios, as well as vendor responses to a 383-point
questionnaire covering 10 technical capabilities, 18 functional
capabilities and 11 market momentum categories. Verdantix also leveraged
vendor responses from prior questionnaires to maximize the accuracy of
the analysis, as well as integrated findings from a recent global survey
of 411 EHS decision-makers across 25 industries and 35 countries.
