In this role, Wilson will directly oversee the company’s customer advocacy and success programs and ensure customer centricity is at the core of Experity’s growth strategy.
Wilson brings over 20 years of leadership and customer-focused experience to Experity. He will lead Experity’s customer success, support, and implementation teams to deliver a deeper, end-to-end customer experience. Drawing on his ability to lead and scale teams that deliver exceptional customer programs, Wilson will partner across the organization to help drive the company’s next stage of growth.

Wilson comes to Experity from Ascentis, a cloud human capital management company, where he served as Vice President of Customer Success and drove customer success across the solution delivery lifecycle. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Customer Success at SPS Commerce, a cloud-based supply chain management company.
