Food-X Technologies, a leading scalable end-to-end software solution for the eGrocery market, today announced the appointment of creative technologist, AI leader, advisor, and electronic artist Holly Peck, to its advisory board.
Ms. Peck is Founder of Women Who Code Vancouver and currently serves as a Director of Creative Services at Soul Machines, an artificial general intelligence company, where she leads a global team pioneering the future of conversational AI for embodied machine agents. Prior to her time with Soul Machines, Ms. Peck was Director of Human-Robot Interaction at a humanoid robotics company, building AI-powered cognitive architecture for humanoid robots and created IP around the future of ethical human-robot interaction. As founder of Women Who Code Vancouver, Ms. Peck grew the community she launched at Microsoft in 2017 from 0 to 2300 engineers in just three years. In 2018, she was named to the 2018 British Columbia Business 30 Under 30 list, and named a Microsoft MVP in AI in both 2018 and 2019. She is a recipient of the Udacity x Intel scholarship in Edge AI.
