Bee Partners, a leading pre-seed venture capital firm partnering with innovative founders at the forefront of human-machine convergence, announced today that Jocelyne Cooke, a venture capital industry veteran, has joined Bee Partners as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer.

Cooke brings more than 20 years of diverse finance, tax, and multi-stage business experience to her new role, and will provide critical strategy and operational support for Bee Partners’ portfolio companies, as well as financial planning and analysis, and investor relations, capital raising and human resources support.

Prior to joining Bee Partners, Cooke was the CFO at DCVC, an early-stage venture capital firm, where she was a key member of the executive team. Before that, she was vice president of finance and controller for venture capital firm Venrock. She also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the venture capital and private equity tax division. Cooke holds a BA in history from the University of California, Davis, and is a licensed CPA.
