GAN Integrity, the connected compliance company that powers integrated compliance programs for some of the world’s leading brands, today announced Marty Meyer as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Meyer joins GAN Integrity after serving as CFO at Sailthru, a marketing automation Software as a Service (SaaS) provider, and led its acquisition by Campaign Monitor. As CFO, Meyer will focus on scaling GAN Integrity’s team and operations, and introducing new efficiencies, to account for the company’s rapid growth.
Meyer brings more than two decades of financial and operational experience to GAN, with deep domain expertise in SaaS, Enterprise Software and Ecommerce. As CFO at Sailthru, Meyer set the strategic direction for operations and customer satisfaction and saw the company to acquisition in December 2018. He additionally served as CFO at Shapeways, President at Corero Network Security, and as Vice President and COO at ExtendMedia Corporation.
Meyer joins GAN Integrity following the company’s Series B growth financing round in January 2019 and the recent appointment of new CEO Neil Lustig. In 2018, the company doubled its revenue and customer base. It’s growth is due in large part to the introduction of its multi-module connected compliance solution, which brings together due diligence, requests, investigations, training, policy and risk into a single platform, for the first time ever. The holistic solution has been adopted by some of the world’s leading brands as a replacement to multiple, disparate solutions. As GAN Integrity continues along this growth trajectory, Meyer will focus on maturing its product strategies with a number of self-service and other customer-centric efforts.
