GCOM Software Inc (“GCOM”) announced today that Heidi Green will join
the company as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective June 17,
2019. Ms. Green brings a successful track record of building and leading
IT services and product businesses in the Public and Health and Human
Services sectors. In her role as COO, she will be responsible for client
project delivery, product development, project oversight and client
account management, with the goal of integrating technical and industry
expertise to accelerate growth.
Green’s career spans more than 30 years in the information technology
business where she has led teams in pursuit of large outsourcing deals,
grown company ‘green-field’ operations to scale and gained experience in
post-acquisition company integration. Green has also built and led
numerous product development teams, both onshore across the U.S. and
offshore. Importantly, she has spent a significant portion of her career
in the State and Local government market across the U.S. driving revenue
growth and increasing client satisfaction while improving profit
margins. She joins GCOM after a series of leadership roles at CGI, where
most recently she served as a sector leader in the Southern California,
Arizona and Nevada areas.
