The Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (DCCA) Professional and Vocational Licensing Division (PVL) has announced address change requests are now being accepted through the online licensing dashboard, MyPVL.

The Professional and Vocational Licensing Division currently receives more than 18,000 hard copy address change requests annually, which normally results in a processing time of 15-20 business days. Online address change requests will reduce the processing time to 3-5 business days.

“We are always seeking to expand access and service to our consumers and licensees. It is our goal to continue to provide better service and streamline the process to support Hawaii’s licensed individuals and entities,” said Charlene Tamanaha, Licensing Administrator for PVL.

Licenses must be current, valid and in good standing to submit address change requests. Address change requests that require a relocation application, zoning certification, verification or change form cannot be submitted online. Users can refer to the licensing webpage for more information.

MyPVL service enables 24/7 access to information and services from a single dashboard for all PVL licensees. It was created in partnership with Hawaii Information Consortium, LLC, an NIC company and the official Internet portal manager of eHawaii.gov.
