Rubel and Ashman bring years of combined real estate experience and a keen understanding of the L.A. market to Avenue 8, having sold more than $70M last year alone. Rubel’s well established real estate career began at Hilton and Hyland, before she joined the Agency and subsequently Compass. Ashman also brings exceptional client service experience to the luxury market.
