iA, a leading-edge provider of high volume pharmacy automation and software solutions to the retail, hospital, federal healthcare, and mail-order pharmacy markets, today announced that Tom Utech will serve as Chief Product Officer and Tayt Rule will serve as Chief Operating Officer. Ron Rosich, who joined iA in October 2020, is being promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales & Trade Marketing. Brian Williams, who joined iA in 2019, is being promoted to Executive Vice President of Customer Success.

“We have made a tremendous amount of progress in 2020, preparing iA to be able to work in partnership with pharmacy providers to unleash the full potential of pharmacy,” said Marvin Richardson, CEO of iA. “Tom’s addition is important because he brings extensive experience working across the pharmacy industry, and will be instrumental in evolving iA’s strategy. Tayt also brings years of experience in operations, and will ensure iA continues to improve productivity and performance. Ron will serve as a key partner for existing and new iA customers, and will take the lead on helping iA renew our approach to pharmacy provider engagement.”

Tom Utech is a pharmacist who has worked across a range of pharmacy environments, most recently leading the Integrated Solutions business within BD, the informatics and analytics platform that helps customers improve outcomes related to medication safety, inventory management and clinician efficiency. Prior to BD, Tom oversaw pharmacy operations at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Across his career, Tom has focused on transforming medication management and is committed to working with pharmacy providers to take advantage of iA’s suite of pharmacy automation solutions to inform meaningful outcomes that benefit their patients.

Tayt Rule has more than 20 years’ experience across customer service and operations, having worked with Amazon, Kraft Foods, Mars, and Target. Most recently, he worked with PureCycle Technologies as Chief Operating Officer to build operations from the ground up. While with Amazon’s customer service group, Tayt led a virtual team of more than 5,000 associates, with the team consistently ranked as the highest-engaged team at Amazon globally.

Ron Rosich, who is a pharmacist, leads sales and trade marketing across iA. Ron is a veteran of Eli Lilly and Company, where he served in a variety of commercial leadership roles across Lilly, including information technology, sales and operations, and market research. Ron joined iA after having served for the past six years as founder and principal of Rosich Consulting in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Brian Williams’ appointment demonstrates iA’s commitment to ensuring that pharmacy providers realize the full potential of pharmacy automation solutions from iA. Brian began his career with Walgreens central fill, where he focused on improved performance. Brian then joined McKesson High Volume Solutions, where he served as vice president of engineering and also as vice president of Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies.

In addition to these leadership changes, iA also announced three promotions across the executive team, with Dionne Archie becoming Chief People Officer, Alecia Lashier stepping into the role of Executive Vice President of Enterprise Architecture and Software Engineering, and Jessica Baer adding Executive Vice President to her role of General Counsel.
