ibex, a leading BPO provider, announced today the inauguration of their new Alabang site at the CTP Asean Tower in Alabang, Muntinlupa. The new center called ibex Alabang is expandable to over 1,000 seats and is slated to reach 850 employees by the end of November 2019.
“This is the first of three new sites we are launching in the Philippines for a total expansion of over 2700 seats in 120 days,” said Bob Dechant, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ibex. “ibex has been growing well above the market which means most importantly new jobs and career advancement for our people.”
With the launch of the Alabang location and the additional new sites, ibex now employs over 10,000 in the Philippines. ibex has been growing across the globe and now has 30 sites.

The grand opening of the Alabang site was celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by the ibex leadership team as well as government officials and other leaders in the community. The site has been operational since June of 2019.
