MCOL announces the launch of iHealthFlix, the new subscription-based video streaming service for healthcare business stakeholders, offering hundreds of webinars, podcasts and other relevant videos. Subscriptions are available monthly or annually on an individual or site license basis.

iHealthFlix includes MCOL’s vast archive of past webinars and special feature videos, plus significant contributions from selected content partners and additional sources. The service will continuously add new content for subscribers.

“Anyone can peek under the hood and browse all the available content now at iHealthFlix.com,” explains MCOL President Clive Riddle. “In order to view the content or use enhanced features, a subscription is required. The service can be accessed from desktops, tablets or smartphone devices.”

iHealthFlix provides a robust array of navigational choices for selecting specific items to view, including the ability to scroll through rows of thumbnail images of available content by topic category from the home page, similar to formats used by consumer streaming video services. But iHealthFlix also provides scrolling and searching by speaker, presenting organization, year published, and additional choices.

Clicking selected items takes users to the content’s page providing a video viewer that can be expanded to full screen mode, plus a more detailed description of the item, a listing of applicable speakers and organizations, the publication date, a webpage link for additional information, and a special form for subscribers only to send inquiries to speakers and organizations when applicable.

Individual subscriptions have been priced at $19.75 monthly or $237 annually, which Riddle notes can be less than the price of many single webinars that require registration fees. What’s more, a special introductory monthly subscription fee of $15.75 for the first year, is available if registered by January 31st, 2021. Site license information and order forms are also available, and subscription links can be found from the home page at iHealthFlix.com.

Some of the current iHealthFlix content partners include Avalere, ECG Management Consultants, GlobalHealthcare LLC, Milliman, and Sherlock Company. Organizations wishing to inquire about becoming content partners are invited to contact MCOL at any time.
