Smart apartment provider IOTAS landed seasoned, multifamily industry
veterans to continue to deliver its best-in-class smart home solution,
tailored to the needs of property owners and operators. A former head of
construction and development services for one of the largest property
management companies, a CRE marketing veteran and a thought leader in
the PropTech space have all chosen to work with IOTAS to provide a
superior enterprise, turn-key solution for apartment communities. The
experience and industry knowledge on the IOTAS team is unparalleled, so
customers can know with certainty that their pain points and primary
objectives are well understood when implementing smart technology.

Kent Plemons, formerly a VP at Pinnacle, has over 30 years of
experience, encompassing development coordination, pre-construction and
construction of over 30,000 luxury and tax credit multifamily units. His
experience at Pinnacle includes privatized housing development of select
military installations and heading up the construction management team,
engaged in all aspects of capex, restoration and renovation of
multifamily properties. Prior to Pinnacle, Kent served as Senior Vice
President & Divisional Construction Manager for JPI, Westwood
Residential and Southwest Housing.

Previously a General Partner at Shadow Ventures, Matt Knight sits on the
cutting edge of finance and technology in the Built Environment and
helps cultivate, structure and advise companies that are reshaping how
we physically structure and operate buildings. A key thought leader in
the PropTech space, Matt has an extensive network of real estate owners,
operators and investors.

Melissa Libner was previously the Chief Marketing Officer at Building &
Land Technology, Connecticut’s largest multifamily developer. Her
extensive network of real estate owners, operators and investors stems
from her 12-year run with New York’s largest owner of office real estate
– SL Green Realty Corp., where she served as Director of Marketing. She
was also employee number ten and the first Head of Marketing at VTS,
Inc., which just announced a $90M Series D round of financing backed by
Brookfield Ventures – the largest software raise in CRE history. Melissa
is a PropTech trend spotter who has her sights set on IOTAS.

“Having researched all of the smart apartment technology available
today, Matt, Melissa and Kent all recognize the unique edge that
Intel-backed IOTAS has in the market, being the most secure and reliable
platform, with the most efficient onboarding and support experience, as
well as the highest resident adoption rates,” declared Founder and CEO
Sce Pike.

“Our growing sales team is comprised of PropTech thought leaders and we
look forward to leveraging their content and product marketing
expertise, along with key relationships to encourage multi-family owners
and operators to go-smart,” continued Pike. “Attracting new tenants
faster, at premium rents, while lowering utility and management costs is
our value-add that our sales team is well versed in selling.”
