Baer has more than 35 years of experience designing people strategies and building high-performance organizations for clients including ConocoPhillips, Phillips66, United Airlines, and Constellation Energy. Baer comes to iPipeline from Mpact Leadership Coaching, where he was a founding partner. In this new role, he will report to Larry Berran, CEO, iPipeline.
