“From CEOs and entrepreneurs to division heads, technologists, workforce specialists, operational experts and legal professionals, this year’s honorees have helped to shape a $498 billion global staffing industry while paving the way for a more equitable future of work,” said SIA. The 2020 list also “includes 54 women who are being named to the list for the first time and spotlights many women for their roles in advancing digital/tech agendas, initiatives and processes that enhance and strengthen their businesses as well as ecosystem.”

Maria Goyer is included in the list of first-timers, and was tasked with leading iWorkGlobal’s strategic expansion across the globe after joining the company in 2019.

“Maria is an innovator within the workforce solutions industry and at launching strategic initiatives that truly make waves in our radically-changing marketplace,” said iWorkGlobal CEO, Jeff Phelps. “Her passion and energy for a diverse company culture paired with her extensive knowledge in the industry has reverberated through our company, and I am beyond proud to have her as a leader at iWorkGlobal.”

Since Goyer took on her role at iWorkGlobal in 2019, she has expanded iWorkGlobal’s service-offering across EMEA and LATAM, establishing offices in the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Netherlands, and Brazil – accomplishments that earned iWorkGlobal two Silver Stevie Awards for Achievement in Growth and International Expansion at the 2020 American Business Awards.

“Throughout my career, I have strived to make connections, learn from others and innovate within this space,” said Goyer. “I’m honored to be recognized by SIA alongside many of my female peers and continue to be inspired by the iWorkGlobal team as we transform workforces around the world.”

In addition to Maria’s expansion achievements, she brings several years of experience in contingent workforce software innovation to iWorkGlobal and contributes to the evolution of the company’s cloud-based platform, MyVista.
