Kansas Launches New Business One Stop Wizard

Sponsored by Businesswire

The State of Kansas has announced the launch of a business wizard as part of the Kansas Business One Stop. Available at, the wizard presents a series of questions to individuals interested in starting a business. The questions will help identify state requirements for opening and operating a business and generate a report with resources for potential business owners.

“The wizard is an innovative tool that provides prospective business owners with a quick and easy way to navigate state requirements to get their business up and running,” said Secretary of State Scott Schwab.

The Kansas Business One Stop is a joint effort by the Secretary of State’s office and several state agencies to simplify the process of starting, operating and growing a business in Kansas. Participating agencies include the Kansas Department of Agriculture, Kansas Department of Commerce, Kansas Department of Labor and Kansas Department of Revenue. Additional features are in development and scheduled for deployment in 2020.
