Kroll, a global leader in risk mitigation, investigations, compliance,
cyber resilience, security, and incident response solutions, today
announced a partnership with NetDiligence®, a leading provider of cyber
risk readiness and response services, to deliver a suite of cyber risk
monitoring solutions via automated enrollment through NetDiligence’s
eRiskHub®. The partnership is launching with the provision of dark web
threat monitoring through Kroll’s CyberDetectER® DarkWeb, the first of
the service’s planned offerings.

The proactive monitoring begins days after binding a cyber policy,
requiring no additional input during onboarding, and continues to notify
insureds when new threats are discovered. Backed by over 90 global
patents and more than 14 years of experience monitoring the dark web,
CyberDetectER® DarkWeb notifies insureds when a cyber threat has been
discovered, showing details of the alert, including where their
compromised information was found, and provides suggested mitigation
steps.

“Kroll’s Cyber Risk team is excited to join NetDiligence in helping
carriers give insureds proven solutions to fast-track their cyber
security maturity or add valuable dimension to existing programs,” said
Jason Smolanoff, Senior Managing Director and Global Cyber
Risk
Practice Leader for Kroll, a division of Duff & Phelps. “By
automating the enrollment of new or renewing policyholders in
sophisticated threat intelligence services, we have created a win-win
proposition where carriers are taking a simple initiative to reduce
overall risk in their portfolios. Simultaneously, insureds benefit from
a greater awareness of their risks and best practices for strategic
response. Kroll’s ability to scale our services to the largest of
portfolios, along with our global capabilities, ensures the highest
level of service to carriers and insureds alike.”

“Helping companies build strong cyber security frameworks that promote
defense and resilience is a core vision that NetDiligence shares with
Kroll and the cornerstone of this new partnership,” says Mark Greisiger,
President of NetDiligence. “We anticipate that by helping insureds
become aware of their unknown or unanticipated risks through Kroll’s
CyberDetectER DarkWeb, they will also engage more with the wealth of
resources and guidance carriers have made available to them on
NetDiligence’s eRiskHub, ultimately improving their overall cyber
readiness.”

Kroll Cyber Risk experts will be available to answer questions at the
NetDiligence Cyber Risk Summit in Philadelphia held on June 12-14, 2019.
NetDiligence cyber insurance partners can visit the eRiskHub®
Hospitality Suite to learn more. Carriers can also reach one of Kroll’s
dedicated cyber insurance experts at cyberinsurance@kroll.com.
