LinQuest Welcomes Four Executive Leaders

LinQuest Corporation, a leading provider of space and command, control,
communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance
(C4ISR) and cyber solutions to the U.S. military, federal government,
and commercial entities formally announces four new executives to the
senior leadership team.

Silvia Van Dusen is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources
Officer. Van Dusen oversees Human Resources strategy development,
culture building, career development, and high-level benefits and
compensation. Before joining LinQuest, she was a Human Capital
Consultant and has significant experience in the aerospace industry. She
was Vice President, Human Resources with LISI Aerospace, a division of
the LISI Group where she was responsible for human resources,
communications, risk, health, safety, and environmental practices for
the LISI Group’s U.S. companies. Van Dusen is located at the Los
Angeles, CA Corporate office.

Matt Klein is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with
responsibility for accounting, government contracting and mergers and
acquisitions. Klein will guide LinQuest in all aspects of financial
leadership, adapting to complex market dynamics in the government
services market, and be an integral partner in developing and
implementing corporate strategies. Before joining LinQuest, Klein was
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Vectrus, a provider
of global service solutions in the areas of information technology and
network communication services, and facility and logistics
services. Klein is located at the Colorado Springs, CO office.

Douglas Manya is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and
Secretary. In this role, he advises management and the Board of
Directors on a broad range of corporate governance and operational
matters including government contracts, ethics and compliance,
employment, and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining LinQuest, Manya
was Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at LGS
Innovations, a C4ISR and cybersecurity-focused company composed of the
former federal division of Bells Labs. Prior to LGS, he was Vice
President, Deputy General Counsel and Secretary of Booz Allen Hamilton.
Manya is located at the Chantilly, VA office.

Rich Martin is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
Martin has more than 25 years of progressive technical and executive
experience in a global IT environment. He has a strong record of
accomplishment creating dynamic IT organizations and technical
infrastructures with a proven ability to utilize the benefits of IT to
solve business problems while managing costs and risks. Martin is an
effective communicator equally comfortable discussing technology and
business strategy. Before joining LinQuest, Martin was Chief Information
Officer, LGS Innovations. Martin is located at the Chantilly, VA office.
