M Science, the pioneer in data-driven research and analytics, today announced the hire of Bill McCrossan to the newly developed position of head of private equity sales.
McCrossan will work with M Science senior leadership and the research, product, and technology teams to expand upon the firm’s existing private equity client relationships. He joins M Science from the Gerson Lehrman Group where he most recently led the new business development efforts for the private equity and venture capital client segment.

McCrossan will focus on continuing to build the firm’s private equity offering globally. He will lead a dedicated team that will provide tailored solutions for an industry that is increasingly implementing alternative data solutions into its sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management processes.
