MentorcliQ, an award-winning employee mentoring software company, announced today the expansion of its popular MentorCom Conference to become a two-day event. MentorCom is the country’s premiere employee mentoring conference for networking and learning from companies who are running award-winning employee mentoring programs. MentorCom, short for Mentoring Community, will be held Monday, September 23 and Tuesday, September 24 at Center of Science & Industry (COSI) in downtown Columbus, Ohio. MentorCom brings together mentoring experts and companies who support mentoring for their employees to create a community of like-minded professionals who learn from one another by sharing experiences and best practices.

MentorCom will feature sessions that highlight how top companies are using mentoring strategies to develop their employees. Presenters include FOX Networks’ Sean Cain, winner of the 2019 Game Changer Award from Workforce for using mentoring to help employees thrive and Chio Zubiria from Bacardi, winner of the 2019 Brandon Hall Award for advancing Women in Leadership. Attendees will get the chance to learn from these and many more companies who will share how mentoring is changing their company cultures and improving their employee engagement and retention. From helping with Career Development to building Functional Expertise to improving Diversity and Inclusion, the programs represent a wide spectrum of mentoring strategies. Speakers feature leaders from 5 of DiversityInc’s Top 50 companies in the world.

“Last year’s MentorCom was an incredible day of storytelling and idea sharing. The attendees raved about what they learned, the overall MentorCom experience, and asked us for MORE time together. We are very excited to host MentorCom 2019 as a two-day event so we can bring our community two days of mentoring magic,” says MentorcliQ CEO, Phil George.

This year’s two-day conference features an engaging curriculum of influencer presentations, interactive workshops, and panel discussions all focused on running highly effective employee mentoring programs. Conference participants will have an opportunity to strategize with colleagues and experts, enhance their approach to employee mentoring, evaluate their diversity and inclusion efforts, and earn continuing education credits from the Association of Talent Development (ATD).

“If your company needs to engage and retain top talent and improve diversity and inclusion initiatives, come to MentorCom and see how the Fortune 500 and DiversityInc Top 50 companies are using mentoring to fuel results.” – Jenn Labin, Chief Talent and Diversity Officer at MentorcliQ.
