System (TMS) solutions, announced the winners of its Velocity awards at
its user conference this week. The Velocity Awards recognize
high-achieving companies using MercuryGate TMS software to drive
innovation in transportation and logistics. Spanning six categories, the
awards were given to MercuryGate customers and partners during a special
presentation on May 7.

The winners of MercuryGate’s 2019 Velocity Awards include:
Leadership/Influencer Award: Celestica and Schneider Logistics
Brokerage Division were both recognized for their strong industry
influence and willingness to lead with agility. Celestica continues to
partner with MercuryGate to maintain a customized workflow to run its
demanding, high-velocity supply chain. Today, Celestica is managing its
freight activity with accuracy, flexibility, and automation. Celestica
is a leader in design, manufacturing, hardware platform and supply chain
solutions. On the other hand, members of the Schneider team have quickly
become experts at MercuryGate’s platform allowing them to excel at
onboarding new shippers. Schneider’s Brokerage Division is a leader in
its industry with over 20,000 prequalified carriers who meet the strict
qualifications and standards set by the industry.
Innovator Award: DSV Air & Sea was selected for playing a
significant role in working with the functionality and design of the TMS
to ensure it meets the needs of their business. DSV led the creation of
several innovative reports that allow a full understanding of financial
flows within the TMS data. The requested solution is now being
incorporated into MercuryGate’s Mercury Maestro business intelligence
tool and will allow other clients to take advantage of MercuryGate’s
features. DSV Air & Sea is a global supplier of transport and logistic
services with facilities in over 80 countries.
Impact Award: UPS Global Logistics & Distribution team was
recognized for their ability to drive new and unique solutions through
configuring the MercuryGate TMS and leveraging dynamic rule sets. The
acumen to take advantage of the full system and understand the full
power of the TMS capabilities sets UPS apart. UPS has created impactful
solutions to help clients understand performance in real time. UPS is
the world’s leading global provider of transportation and logistics
services, operating in over 200 countries and territories.
Rookie of the Year: Goodman Manufacturing was chosen for the
strength of its teamwork and ability to execute. The team at Goodman
Manufacturing took ownership of the TMS project’s success and were
accountable for meeting deadlines and producing exemplary work. Their
skill, effort, and partnership resulted in an expedited, quality
implementation. Goodman Manufacturing provides high-quality HVAC
products to its millions of customers.
Logistics Integrator Partner of the Year: Redwood Logistics and
Rockfarm Supply Chain Solutions were recognized for their consistent
collaboration with MercuryGate to bring solutions to market and provide
a wide range of expertise and services. Redwood Logistics is a leader in
systems integration and implementation as well as consultative services
and freight management. Rockfarm Supply Chain Solutions has become a
coach and consultant within the LSP and shipper communities. Both
partners have demonstrated exceptional cooperation through their

Technology Partner of the Year: Truckstop.com was chosen for its
