Tyler Technologies (NYSE:TYL) subsidiary MicroPact, the passion and
technology that’s transforming government, has been named to the
Washington Post’s list of Top Workplaces for the 4th time since 2015.

“At MicroPact, we care deeply about providing solutions that amaze and
delight our customers. At the same time, we are very intentional about
creating a culture that values fun and work/life balance,” said Kris
Collo, MicroPact President. “That combination gets to the heart of what
makes MicroPact a Top Workplace, and a destination for top talent. I’m
proud that what we’ve worked so hard to achieve is being recognized
again this year.”

The Washington Post bases its Top Workplace list on an independent,
confidential survey of employees. The survey, conducted by Energage,
asks employees questions related to company alignment, effectiveness,
leadership, management, and work/life balance. To make the list, at
least 35 percent of a firm’s workers must fill out the survey.

Headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, MicroPact delivers case management
solutions tailored to the needs of state and federal government

government entities to operate more efficiently and connect more
