The largest problem facing the detailing industry today is that detailers have lost control of the value of their work. Consumers, armed with pricing information from internet research through sites like Yelp, have been able to dictate the price of their detailing service. Detailing businesses are dropping their prices to compete in a competitive market and aren’t able to charge for the true value of the work based on quality and the condition of the vehicles coming into their shops.

Mobile Tech RX is out to change that with mobile software that helps detailers create “Perfect Estimates” that are non-negotiable, professional, and variable-based. Not only will detailers be able to create high-value estimates, but they will also be able to schedule appointments, process payments, and communicate regularly with their customers.

“Every detailer knows that they should charge differently based on a car’s condition, but no one knows how to charge for those variables consistently. With this new detailing app, we are presenting detailers with a tool that will help them earn like the craftsman they are,” Mobile Tech RX CEO and co-founder Eric Garves said.

Luke Wilson, owner of Wilson Auto Detailing in Nashville and industry influencer, released a video last week announcing his partnership with Mobile Tech RX and his support of the company’s new detailing product.

“[Mobile Tech RX] causes the customer to take you seriously. You’re not just showing up and trying to price things off the top of your head. You have a system in place that allows you to be organized and run a serious business,” Luke Wilson said about the Mobile Tech RX detailing app. “This is something that is actually adding value to the industry. This is what is going to allow a detailing business to scale.”

Mobile Tech RX plans to launch the new detailing product on March 1, 2020. To join the waitlist and to be among the first to try it, sign up here:
