Morgan Properties, the nation’s 19th largest apartment owner and operator, announced today it has launched More With Morgan, its resident engagement rewards program available via the white labeled More Rewards mobile app, powered by Modern Message — a company that invents new ways to facilitate resident engagement. The platform is designed to provide rewarding experiences exclusively for residents through a points-based loyalty system and is now offered at many of Morgan Properties’ 171 apartment communities nationwide.
Free and available for residents with smartphones via the app store, desktop, and mobile website, More with Morgan allows each resident to earn points for completing activities related to their specific apartment community. This includes sharing feedback, taking online polls/surveys, renewing their lease, signing up for updates, generating referrals, and interacting with their apartment community on social media. Once residents accumulate enough points, they will have the option to either redeem a gift card at stores like Starbucks and Target or continue accumulating points for bigger prizes. Resident reward points are even transferable, adding convenience for residents moving from one participating Morgan property to another.
