This year, on the heels of announcing the integration of Photoluminescence Imaging, Nanotronics introduces universal device mapping to their high-throughput inspection tools. Nanotronics will be demonstrating its full suite of nSpec® products—systems used by many of the world’s leading semiconductor and electronics manufacturers.

Nanotronics tools are powered by advanced computer vision, machine learning, and AI to deliver maximum value and capability at lower cost. nSpec® systems enhance inspection and process control for customers, supplementing or improving their existing process and equipment. Through these tools, Nanotronics helps their customers ultimately improve yield, reduce footprint, and iterate processes faster.

Nanotronics is exhibiting at booth #331, South Hall, Moscone Center through July 11th.
