Findings from Pipedrive’s recently released global State of Sales survey of more than 1,700 sales professionals show that the pandemic made prospecting harder and about half of respondents (45%) regularly or usually struggle to find enough sales leads. At the same time, data suggests that lead generation was a greater challenge in 2019 compared to 2020, and sales professionals actually became more successful and satisfied during the global pandemic.
